By the end of October Chinese mobile operators China Unicom, China Mobile and, China Telecom are about to roll out a nationwide 5G messaging service.
This Joined effort is making a challenge to China’s leading app, #WeChat, owned by local tech giant #Tencent
This new 5G massaging service will allow not only faster and conclusive and audio messaging but will also include electronic payments capabilities, according to the report by the China Securities Journal.
In April, once the service was initial proclaimed, the 3 telecoms’ operators published a report during which they explained that the new nationwide 5G service would permit users to send texts, photos, videos, and audio content directly via the electronic communication perform on their smartphones, while not the necessity to transfer a separate app, as is that the case with WeChat.
As China continues on its road towards 5G it’s expected that the market is to regain within the coming back years as enterprises begin to know the very important role of #IoT within the epidemic prevention and control, as well as their capabilities in mitigating market disruptions.
